Holiday rental : from Saturday 4p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.

All charges-included, Rate, Supplement for heating depending on the season, Downpayment / Deposit requested, Key pick up with owner, supplement for cleaning upon departure.
Supplement animal = + 20 €

Payments :

The booking becomes effective when deposit of 30 % of the total rent is payed by the date agreed with the owner and on return of the signed contract.

Deposit : No deposit is required.

Charges :

Water and electricity consumption is included in the price of the stay, but within normal usage limits. Bed linen, towels and household linen are provided at the gite. Electric oil heater adds in living room : 30 € or if necessary central heater from 60 to 90 €.
