Donkey rides at Nanton and Vergisson 2 riding stables can provide mounts and bridle trails. You can also attend horse- racing and show- jumping events at the Cluny stud farms The green way (voie verte) is 120 kms of former railway converted to an off–road pathway for walkers, cyclists, roller bladers. Other paths lead from the “voie verte”, incorporating other tourist sites and activities.

If you like to swim, there are lakes at Laives and Tramailles and municipal pools at Cluny, Sennecey
and Tournus.

The Saône river provides fishing opportunities and baot trips.

There are golf courses at Chalon, Montchanin and Laizé.

Tree climbing and canopy walking (accrobranche). This is available at Laives, Buxy and Bergesserin.
